We are able to access your Ecometry data by using a replicated database. We do not talk directly to Ecometry. All reading of data comes directly from our local database, anytime writing to Ecometry is required, such as a customer submitting an order, we use weborder.

In the few cases where a weborder transaction is required, we have complete and full failover, including order submissions. No matter what happens to Ecometry or the listeners your online customers won't know the difference.
