It also includes full failover, order queuing and can handle extreme traffic loads. The pricing is also on the lower end of the spectrum of Ecometry solutions. The suites sophisticated design allows it to do pretty much anything. It is flexible enough to run multiple websites, mobile websites, product feed programs, in-store kiosk, console applications, pretty much anything and all under the single code base. Any additional applications can be built to suite your business needs. The standard suite includes:
Web 2.0 Customer Website
The customer website is very elegantly designed and shopping is extremely easy. We include a true one click checkout system and a plethora of features such as: URL rewrite, recommended products, banners, spotlight products, simple navigation system, product sorting (even by popularity), results per page, product rating system, recommended accessories, recently viewed items, information tab system, meta tag management, store locator, gift registry, shop by brands, search replacement, address book and a very intuitive checkout system. Additionally, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is not an afterthought with PageBean, the entire site design has built in “White Hat” SEO techniques. We have spared nothing. However if you have something unique, it can be built, the system is designed to accommodate anything.
The sites are also extremely fast. We do double the work load of most other Ecometry sites due to the features and functionality we provide, yet we are still able to achieve faster page loads.
Customer and Order Management
The customer and order management module house Ecometry customer and order information in addition to the gift registries and order queuing system.
You have the ability to browse all customers and retrieve detailed information. You can view all orders they placed, when the order shipped, what ship method was used, how payment was made and additional relevant information. Driving deeper you can view all ship-to’s and the items shipped. You can view a product photo as well as detailed information such as inventory levels and offer pricing. You can even view available accessories which may interest the customer.
We even track each visit the customer makes to your website. When they visited, what items they viewed, what searches they ran; every click, every page.
The order management shows similar information as the customer management; however you are able to select a date range to browse through orders. You can view detailed order information, billing information, shipping information as well as full product details, such as product photos, inventory levels and available accessories.
Next, the gift registry shows all registries, registers information, events and full product information for each item in the customer’s registry. You can even view all web orders placed for those registries.
Lastly, the order queue shows all orders which the customer has submitted, but failed to enter Ecometry. If the connection to Ecometry goes down, all orders go into the queue.
Additionally, the order queue is live data. Customer service can keep the queue up at all times and view orders hitting the queue as the customers submit them. Customer service can identify the customers who have tried several times to submit an order, but keep failing. Customer service has the ability to call the customer and help them through the problem, or while the customer is on the phone they can fix the problem themselves then submit the order for the customer. The system is simply brilliant.
Lastly, customer service can identify the orders where the customer has submitted, but abandoned the order due to its failure. Customer service is able to contact these customers to try and complete the sale if necessary, or delete the order from the queue.
Product Management
The product management module houses all Ecometry product information and allows you to manage your data using our sophisticated grid system. You will find all of your products and have the ability to easily manage elements such as related products, categories this product resides under, branding information, available accessories, product reviews, meta-data as well as the additional information tabs.
You also have different methods of managing mass product additions to categories. You can also run reports to find products which are missing photos or other data such as upsells. Reports exist to find products which don’t reside under any left navigation categories. We even provide a tool to manage your sales driven product recommendations.
Analytics Module
Our analytics module provides over 80 different graphical reports and gives you information no other provider has the ability to give. We merge the world between your ecometry data and your eBusiness, no other service has this ability.
Our reports include: Site Traffic, Finding Methods, Visitor Profile, Geo-Location, Technology, Most Popular, Promotional Codes, Pages, Entries & Exits, Purchases, Shopping Cart, Products, Campaigns, Customer Loyalty, Sales Cycle, Customers and Recommendation Engine.
Any additional reports can be built per your request.
Site Management
The site management module gives you more control of your front end websites than every previously available to Ecometry customers. You have full control of site banners, home page hero images, spotlight products, left navigation, brand navigation, color / swatch palettes, view all customer searches, create search replacements, manage icons for products, create branding pages and manage tab information.
Additionally, a unique feature of our suite is its ability to completely change the skin of the customer website, dynamically and date driven. This allows for a single website to have multiple designs which can look completely different. You have the ability to change the entire color scheme, graphics, buttons, header, footer and elements such as this. You may have any number of designs you wish, maybe one design for each holiday or one design for each day of the week, it is your choice.
Console Management
The console management provides you with the ability to manage the management console. It is designed to allow you to create as many users as you wish and restrict access to specific elements. You can create a marketing group and only give them access to specific areas. You are even able to restrict access to the Management Console via IP ranges. If you would like to have an external marketing company review your analytics you can lock down the Management Console to their IP block and only show them what you want them to see.
We also provide a site error logging system. This is to help ensure that as technology changes the application stays running smoothly and problems are identified and solved promptly.
Additional Options
You are allowed to add any modules you desire to the suite, such as an order entry system, additional websites, mobile websites, web services or any other application specific to your business needs. We can write anything for you.
The Enterprise Edition also supports distributed applications, such as in-store touch screen kiosk or console applications installed across as many computers as desired.

Additionally we offer fully integrated services that tie directly into your Management Console.
SEO Tools: We offer a service for tracking your SEO and provide analytics directly to you via your Management Console. This includes finding your position in the search engines, determining keywords and generating reports. You are able to see what sites are linking to yours, what keywords you are ranked for and even track your ranking over time. The service runs on a re-occurring schedule and completely utilizes one of our servers for hours while it scans millions of links and thousands of keywords. This effort results in a wealth of SEO information.
Email Marketing: We offer a service where you have the ability to create and manage custom designed emails for each of your existing customers, all from your Management Console. When a customer purchases an item from your company, a sales record is generated. We analyze the sales records along with the available accessories and recommended products. Based upon what the customer purchased, we determine what other items may interest them. We then generate and send an email specifically designed for them, ensuring higher conversion rates. This is all done automatically.
Product Feeds: Feeds allow you to publish your products to different websites, such as: Google, PriceGrabber, Shopzilla, Shopping.com, NextTag, ShopWiki, Shopping.MSN, DealTime and Shop.com. A feed is typically run once a week and sends the products you select to the desired services. This allows for better branding and exposure of your company along with increased sales.
