The customer management section allows for the management of the customers, orders, gift registry and the order queue.

The customers screen allows for the viewing of each customer, their orders and the details such as what they purchased, how they paid, when the order was placed and elements such as this. We can even dig deeper and look at the available accessories and recommended products for any item they ordered.

Additionally, we provide complete traffic history for the customer. You can view how many times and when they visited, every page they visited while here, what products they viewed, what searches they ran, did they place an order, did they abandon their cart, basically everything the customer does on your site… and it is available for every customer. We also gather a large amount of statistics about their computer, browser, where they came from and such data.

With the extremely powerful grid system, you can sort by any column, filter data using the column header, and even rearrange fields. It is very fast, intuitive, and efficient.
